I created a basic list that will start you all off! (these all apply to storing in the fridge)

Cooked carbs: (seal tight)

-       Cooked brown rice 4-6 days

-       Sweet potatoes 3-5 days

-       Quinoa 3-5 days

-       Cooked pasta 3-5 days

-       Opened pasta sauce 7-10 days

Protein (cooked):

-       Hard boiled eggs lasts 1 week store in covered container

-        Cooked chicken breast lasts 3-4 days after cooked. Keep in shallow container that is air tight

-       Cooked tilapia lasts breast lasts 3-4 days after cooked. Keep in shallow container that is air tight

-       Salmon lasts breast lasts 3-4 days after cooked. Keep in shallow container that is air tight

Raw protein:

-       Chicken 1-2 days

-       Tilapia 1-2 days

-       Salmon 1-2 days

Cooked veggies: (store in covered container or wrap tightly)

-       Asparagus 3-5 days

-       Broccoli 3-5 days

-       Spinach 3-5 days

-       Mushrooms 3-5 days

-       Zucchini 3-5 days

Raw veggies:

-       Asparagus 3-4 days

-       Broccoli 3-5 days

-       Spinach 3-5 days

-       Mushrooms 4-7 days
